How numerology compatibility works
Two people can love or respect each other deeply and still clash over the same things again and again. Numerology compatibility looks beneath the surface at each person's core numbers, which describe temperament, communication style and life direction, to show where you naturally flow and where you need to meet each other halfway.
This free compatibility calculator compares three things:
- Birth Day Numbers (birth day): your everyday chemistry: how you talk, react and handle stress together.
- Life Path Numbers (full date of birth): whether your long-term life paths move in the same direction.
- Personal Year cycles: why you may feel in sync one year and out of step the next.
Supportive, neutral and challenging number pairs
In Chaldean numerology each number from 1 to 9 is linked to a planet, and planets have natural friendships and tensions. For example, 1 (Sun) and 9 (Mars) are friendly and energise each other, while 1 (Sun) and 8 (Saturn) are opposing planets that tend to compete for control. 5 (Mercury) and 7 (Ketu) are unusual: neither has any enemies. A "challenging" pair is not a verdict against the relationship. It shows where conscious effort pays off most.
Why relationships struggle even when love exists
Most recurring arguments are not about the topic. They are about style. A Birth Day Number 1 wants a quick decision; a 7 needs quiet time to think first. A 5 processes by talking; an 8 prefers facts and a plan. When both people understand these differences, the same disagreement stops feeling personal.
Numerology compatibility for marriage
Before marriage, compatibility is less about a single score and more about knowing each other's needs around money, family, space and affection. Couples often use numerology to open those conversations. It also helps with timing: a Personal Year 1 or 6 is traditionally considered supportive for commitment, while a Personal Year 9 favours completing and clearing old matters first.
Co-founder and business partner compatibility
Choose "Business partner" in the calculator to see how two founders' strengths divide naturally. Many partnership breakdowns come from two people wanting the same role, such as two 1s both wanting final authority, or from neither wanting the difficult one. Knowing this early lets you design roles, equity and decision rules that hold up under pressure.
What your score does not tell you
A calculator can compare numbers; it cannot know your history, circumstances or the choices you make together. Treat the result as a mirror for conversation, not a prediction. For a full reading that includes names, current timing and your specific situation, a private consultation goes much deeper.
