What this numerology calculator reveals
Your date of birth holds three numbers that numerologists use to understand how you think, where your life is heading and what kind of year you are in right now. This free calculator uses the Chaldean system, the oldest numerology tradition, to calculate all three instantly.
1. Birth Day Number (your birth day)
Your Birth Day Number comes from the day of the month you were born, reduced to a single digit. Someone born on the 29th adds 2 + 9 = 11, a master number, which also reduces to 2. This number describes your everyday temperament: how you react under pressure, how you make decisions and how other people experience you. It is the number you "live" most visibly.
2. Life Path Number (your full date of birth)
Your Life Path Number is the sum of every digit in your full birth date. For example, a birth date of July 14, 1985 gives 1+4 + 7 + 1+9+8+5 = 35, which reduces to 3+5 = 8. It is shown as 35 / 8: the full total first, then the single digit. The Life Path Number shows the long-term direction of your life: the lessons, work and circumstances you keep being pulled toward. In Western numerology this is often called the Life Path Number.
3. Personal Year Number (your current cycle)
Life moves in nine-year cycles. Your Personal Year is calculated from your birth day, birth month and the current calendar year. It tells you what kind of year you are in: one for starting, building, harvesting or letting go. Knowing it helps you time decisions such as changing jobs, launching a business or committing to a relationship.

Why professionals use numerology for career decisions
Numerology does not replace your experience or analysis. It adds a structured lens for self-reflection. Many executives and founders use it to understand why certain roles energise them while others drain them, and to choose the timing of big moves. A Birth Day Number 1 (the King) thrives with authority; a 7 (the Saint) does best as the respected expert; an 8 (the Judge) builds slowly and durably. Knowing this helps you negotiate for the right role, not just a bigger title.
Master numbers 11, 22 and 33
A master number is marked when your birth day (or, for the Life Path Number, your day, month and year each reduced to a single digit and then added) lands on 11, 22 or 33. For example, 18 May 1970 gives 9 + 5 + 8 = 22. We show the master number next to your regular number, because you experience both: the everyday qualities of the single digit and the heightened potential, and pressure, of the master number.
